THE DISTRICT REGISTRY AT BODMIN
IN HER MAJESTIES COURT OF PROBATE
BE IT KNOWN, that on the 21st day of October 1874 Letters of
Administration of all and singular the personal estate and effects of
Catherine Baker late of Bodmin in the County of Cornwall deceased who
died on the 28th day of March 1874 at Bodmin aforesaid a Widow
intestate, and had at the time of her death a fixed place of abode at
Bodmin aforesaid within the District of Cornwall were granted by Her
Majesties Court of Probate to William Hiram Baker one of the natural
lawful children and one of the next of kin of the said interstate,
having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same by
paying the just debts of the said intestate, and distributing the
residue of her estate and effects according to the law, and to exhibit a
true and perfect inventory of all and singular the said estate and
effects, and to render a just and true account thereof whenever required
by the law to do so
