In the Name of God Amen I Jane Gilbertt Of the Parish of Boconnoc and County of Cornwall (Widow) being of perfect mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament first I recommend my soul to God my Body to be decently buried in decent Christian Burial at the discretion of my Executor my Effects I give devise and dispose of in the manner and form following First I give to my daughter Mary the Wife of William Bunny thirty pounds to be paid her in one Year after my decease Also I give to my daughter Jane the Wife of Robert Williams thirty pounds to be paid in one Year after my decease Also I give to my daughter Elizabeth the Wife of William Searl thirty pounds to be paid her in one Year after my decease Also I give to my daughter Phillipi the Wife of William Harding thirty pounds to be paid her in one Year after my decease Also I give to my son Richard Gilbertt Five pounds to be paid him in two Years after my decease Also I give to my son John Gilbertt whom I likewise Constitute make and Ordain to Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament all and singular my messuages and Tenements by him freely to be possessed and enjoyed and all other things to me appertaining or belonging with all my household Goods Debts and moveable Effects and I do hereby utterly disallow Revoke and disannul all and every former testament, Wills, Legacies, Bequests, and Executors, by me in any ways before named Willed and bequeathed, Ratifying, and confirming, this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Fourteenth day of desember in the Year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight.
 
Signed Seald Published pronounced and declared by the said Jane Gilbertt as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names
