This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Lean of Leas in the parish of Blisland in the County of Cornwall Yeoman I direct my Debts Funeral and Testamentary expenses to be paid out of my Real and personal Estate I charge my Messuages Tenement Farm and Hereditaments called Leas situate in the said parish of Blisland with the sum of Three Hundred and fifty pounds sterling to be raised within twelve months after my decease and paid to my wife Joan Anna Lean for her use and benefit and I direct that my said wife shall reside in the Dwelling House on Leas which I now occupy and hold and enjoy the said Farm and premises with the appurtenances on year after my decease and subject thereto I give and devise the said Messuages Tenement and Farm with the appurtenances unto my daughter Mary Runnells her heirs and assigns she permitting my brother Edward Lean to reside in and hold that part of the Cottage and Garden belonging thereto called Leas Cottage which he now occupies during the term of his natural life without paying any rent for the same I give and devise my Messuages Lands and Hereditaments called Mords Carwin situate in the said parish of Blisland with the appurtenances unto my said wife Joan Anna Lean her hairs and assigns for ever I give and devise my Tenement Lands and Hereditaments called Tuckers Carwin with the appurtenances situate in the said Parish of Blisland to William Henwood of Cabilla in the parish of Cardinham in the said County forever his heirs and assigns upon trust during the minority of my daughter Leah Lean to receive the rents and profits thereof and pay the same unto my said wife for the use and benefit of my said daughter Leah and from and immediately after my said daughter Leah shall attain the age of twenty one years To the use of my said Daughter Leah her heirs and assigns for ever I give and devise all my Leasehold Lands and Tenement Household Furniture and Farm Stock and all the residue and remainder of my real and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and whensoever unto my said wife Joan Anna Lean her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and quality thereof respectively And I appoint my said Wife Joan Anna Lean Executrix of this my Will In witness whereof I the said Robert Lean the Testator have to this my Will set my hand and seal the twenty sixth day of September one thousand eight hundred and fifty three

Signed sealed and declared by the said Robert Lean the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as Witnesses attesting the Execution thereof
