And Admion of all
Goods Cr of the sd Deced
& of all things howsoever
Concerning the sd will
was granted to Richard
Hennah
Clk Alice Polglass
& John Rowse the three
Extors In Trust in the sd will
named Being first Sworn
etc Saving etc.

In the Name of God Amen I Jane Vian of the
Parish of St Austele in the County of Cornwall being weak in
Body but of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding
blessed be God therefore I do make this my last Will and Testament in
Manner following that is to say, First I will that my Funeral
Charges and Debts shall be paid. Also I give and bequeath unto
my dear children William Vian and Jenipher Vian all my Ready
Money Goods Chattels Rights and Credits whatsoever and wheresoever
Share and Share alike on their respective Attainment of the Age of One
and Twenty Years. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint
my good Friend the Reverand Richard Hennah of St Austele
aforesaid Clerk my Dear Sister Alice Polglass and my good Friend
John Rowe to be Executors In Trust of this my last Will and
Testament and Guardians over my said Children And my Will is
That in Case both my said Children shall happen to die before they
shall attain their respective Ages of One and Twenty Years That then
and in such Case I give unto my Dear Father Benjamin Polglass
and my said Sister Alice Polglass Share and Share alike all the
Rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattels and Personal
Estate which shall be at the Time of the Decease of the Survivor of them
the said William Vian and Jenipher Vian. And I do hereby revoke
and disannul all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I
have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this
Twenty fifth Day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven
Hundred and Seventy-two

Signed Sealed Published and Declared
by the Testatrix Jane Vian as and for her last
Will and Testament in the Presence of us whose
Names are hereunder written who did each of us
subscribe our Names as Witnesses at her Request
and in her Presence in the Room where she then was
