The Will of John Tonkin, dated 14 December 1667

That on or about the 14th of December in the yeare one thousand six
hundred sixty seaven John Tonkin of St. Austell senr did make his last will
and Testament nuncupative or by word of mouth in manner and forme
following first he gave and bequeathed all his goods and Chattles whatsoever
to John Tonkyn his grandson not formerly convayed and sold to Degory
Tonkyn by a certaine deede of sale bearing date the fowerteenth day
of December last past which he the sd John Tonkyn voluntarily and
freely declared being of pfect mind and memory in the prsence of
Henry Carlyon gent
