The Will of John Hore, dated 5 September 1867
This is the last Will and Testament of me John Hore
of the parish of St. Austell and County of Cornwall Tiner I give and
bequeath to my son John one half of my freehold Land and Houses situate
at Molinnes in the parish of St. Austell I also give to my son Joseph
one quarter part of my aforsaid Freehold land situate as aforesaid in
the parish of St. Austell I also give to my son Edward one quarter part
of my freehold land situate as aforsaid being part of the same premises
as Tenants in common I also give and devise unto my Three Daughters
Maria? Picnch . Mary Rowse and Jane Thomas Two Pounds each the
aforesaid Legacies to be paid by (crease in paper) mentioned and to
be paid at the end of one year next after my death And I do hereby
appoint my said son John . my sole Executor of this my last Will and
Testament Binding him to pay and discharge all my Legal Debts Legacies Testementary and Funeral Charges Revoking all other Wills by me made and
do declare this to be my last and Testament

Hore as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us
present and at his request and in the presence of each other have
hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses the same having being first
read over to him Dated this 5th Day of Sept. 1867

In Her Majesty's Court of Probate The District Registry at Bodmin
In the goods of John Hore deceased I Thomas Snell of the parish of Roche
in the County of Cornwall Carpenter make Oath that I am one of the
Subscribing Witnesses to the last Will and Testament of John Hore late
of the parish of Saint Austell in the County of Cornwall Tinner issued?:
the said Will being now hereunto annexed
bearing date the fifth day of September 1867 and that the said Testator
executed the said Will on the day of the date thereof by signing his
mark at the foot or end thereof as the same now appears thereon in the
presence of me and of William Beswetherick the other Subscribed Witness
thereto both of us being present at the same time and we thereupon
attested and subscribed the said Will in the presence of the said
Testator And I further make oath that previously to the execution of the
said Will by the said Testator the same was read over to him by me and
he the said deceased at such time seemed thoroughly to understand and
approve of the contents of his said Will

In her Majesty's Court of Probate.
Be It Known, that on the eighteenth day of November
1867, the last Will and Testament, hereunto
annexed, of John Hore late of the parish of
Saint Austell in the County of Cornwall
Tinner deceased, who died on the 1st October 1867,
at Saint Austell aforesaid , and
who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at Saint Austell
aforesaid within the District
of the County of Cornwall was proved, and registered in
the District Registry attached to Her Majesty's Court of Probate
(crease in paper) Bodmin
and that administration of all and singular the personal estate and
(crease in paper) of the said
(crease in paper) by the aforesaid Court to John Hore, the
Son of the said deceased, the Sole Executor
named in the said Will he having been first sworn well and
faithfully to administer the same, by paying the just debts of the
deceased and
the legacies contained in his Will and to exhibit
a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the said estate and
effects, and to
render a just and true account thereof whenever required by law so to
do.
