Launceston in the County of Cornwall Clothier and EDWARD OKE of the same
place, Blacksmith his brother are held and firmly bound unto EDWARD
PERCIVAL Esq., CHARLES BURNARD, RICHARD LAFFER and RICHARD NORTHEY
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Altarnun in the
said County and those ? in trust for the Parishoners of the said parish
in the sum of One Hundred pounds of good and lawful money of Great
Britain to be paid to the said EDWARD PERCIVAL, CHARLES BURNARD, RICHARD
LAFFER and RICHARD NORTHEY or those Certain Attorney Executors
Administrators or Assigns for the sure and certain payment of which
money are being ourselves our Heirs Executors and Administrators jointly
and severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals dated the
Thirtieth day of June in the fourth year of the reign of our Soverign
Lord George the third now King of Great Britain & c. and in the year of
our Lord 1764.
