GABRIEL and BENJAMIN GABRIEL both of the parish of Altarnun in the
County of Cornwall are Held and Firmly bound unto GEORGE VENNING,
NEVILLE NORTHY Churchwardens and THOMAS WHALE and JOHN BURNARD Overseers
of the poor of the parish of Altarnun in the sum of Tweny pounds of
lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to them the said GEORGE
VENNING, NEVILLE NORTHY, THOMAS WHALE and JOHN BURNARD or to their or
either of their certain Attorney their Executors, Administrators or
Assigns to which payment well and truly to be made to bind Ourselves and
each of us Jointly and severally for the whole one and each of our
Executors Administrators and Assigns firmly by these presents sealed
with our seals dated this Nineteenth day of September in the fifth year
of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God
of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so
forth and in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty
Five.
