PROBUS

Cornwall Online Parish Clerks

The Online Parish Clerk (Genealogy) for Probus is Lorna Leadbetter, who can be contacted by Email.

Visit my website for more information.

For information about (and contact details for) the current parish council, please see this website.

Although born in Probus parish, I have not lived in Cornwall for over 40 years but I visit as often as I can.

My collection of Probus information includes: Church Baptisms 1760-1910 and some non-conformist Baptisms; Marriages 1597-1900; Burials 1690-1910; Monumental Inscriptions; Census 1841-1901; Kelly's Directory of Cornwall 1919. I have assembled a large number of family trees for the parishes of Probus and Cornelly (and these often include people from neighbouring parishes too), and really enjoy answering queries about them.
